Cancellation Policies:

A 24 hour notice is required on all cancellations.
We would appreciate consideration of other clients
who may be able to utilize your appointment time
by promptly notifying us of your conflicts!

Late Arrivals:

If you are late for your appointment time,
your service will be reduced in order to finish in
time for the next scheduled client. The usual fee
for the service will remain unchanged.
